Hello everyone! I am just posting this to ask advice on the placement of the corals in my tank as well as any particular things you guys see that might be a problem! I also am really bad with names and IDing some of these corals. Any help would be great! I’ve been doing research ever since I started and I figured this couldn’t hurt!

Looks great. Just keep an eye on your corals for problems. If something looks unhappy, move it. Watch out for the stinging sweeping tentacles that come out of lps like torches etc. They reach far and can irritate or kill other corals. They especially come out at night. Just keep that in mind if you have corals close to eachother.

A little bit. Pic 11 looks like a hammer coral, and behind it is clove polyps, or pulsing xenia. Pic 12 is a leather coral, commonly called kenya trees. 15 looks like two torch corals. 16 is a mushroom, and zoanthids. 18 is some kind of acropora.

In general everything looks on point. Here's a few things to take note of in no particular order though --

- As your corals grow, you will need to increase flow. It would not be unfathomable to end up with 4 or more pumps. As far as pumps go, quality matters, but so do numbers. meaning upgrading a pump to a much nicer one is good, but sometimes, adding an additional pump might be better -- depending on all kinds of circumstances.

- Be careful what you put on the rocks. Always always always ask how fast something grows if you aren't sure what it is. IME, always put zoas on an island (Zoanthids/Palys/Button Polyps). They grow fast and will wreck anything they touch.

- Don't add too much too fast, and if you can, always quarantine fish.

- Always dip corals no matter what. Always.

As far as corals, you've got everything. Too much to write down without editing your photos with lines pointing at each piece. I will say you've got some clove polyps on the rock (The white ones in the 11th picture) -- Do anything in your power to remove them from the rocks as soon as you read this. I'm not joking at all, they will take over your entire tank unchecked and kill anything they touch. most people consider them a pest, they are all hands on deck, kill on sight, to most reefers.
