Meanwhile I tried to buy some rock rubble from my LFS today that had aptasia on it just to try and get my Copperband Butterfly to eat... they told me no. Go figure.

Blue Fish, On a side note, If Your CopperBand won't eat, try smashing a chunk of frozen mysis or oyster into a crevice in the rock. These fish are used to feeding this way. If other fish clean it out 1st try a small basket type made from large mesh. this way the other fish can't clean it out. I use a folded over piece of screen used for Algae scrubbers.
as for the aptasia ? Treat it with Extreme Prejudice !

Im going to try the capsule or screen thing next. This guy wont even take live blackworms... he will only eat live brine, and even that he'll eat like 4 real quick and thats it. Have another QT with a longnose butterfly who also wont eat anything and a pearlscale butterfly who ate like a pig only to die the day he graduated to the DT. Im not having the greatest luck with butterflies...

Try to make the enclosure where the fish can see it maybe. Try a shrimp head ,the smell is something the fish may recognize. They are used to picking out tiny shrimps and bugs in rock.

3inch piece of 3/4 pvc, cap on each end one of them not glued with like 6 holes 1/4inch diameter. Stuff it in the Rockford somewhere accessible.(his favorite Spot in the tank) put some tasty morsels in it. That is almost a sure fire way. That's as natural as it can get.

I'm going to get a peppermint shrimp. I would remove the rock but it is the biggest one in the tank serving as the base for all the other.
