My beautiful large anenome got sucked into a pump, I’m assuming she was moving around. I got the pump off her and placed it inside an acrylic box. Whats the likely hood of a recover? Is there anything special I need to do? How will I know it it is completely dead. Never had to deal with this

Seen them recover from worse and die from less. I say if your tank is in good shape I give it slightly better than 50:50. I would start running carbon now though.

You have elevated organic in the water column due to tissue damage of the anemone. If it dies you will have really elevated numbers.
Thanks for the explanation vs just telling me without one. I upped it
