Should I move my Zoas is the anemone going to kill them all

you can if you want, no way to know where the anemone will move next. But what if you move the zoa's and the anemone goes in that new direction?

Do not move the anemone
Direct flow towards it and it will go away from the flow and go from the Zoas
 
Anemones do there own thing you can not second guess them . They love a walk about . Better have nems in there own tank saves on problems with corals
