So, quick question. I want to eventually house a "hopefully" hosting anemone for my mated clowns. I just want to know if you'll think I can make it work in a 220. I want one but I'm not going to get it if it cant work out. I'm hoping for a nice BTA.

Sure it should work eventually, there is no predicting if clowns will reside in an anemone but I do not see an issue with attempting to keep one in a fully cycled large tank. :-)
