Seems like lymphocystis..
Daily ruby reef rally pro x2 dosage 2 hours
Thereafter followed by metro bath 2 hours
Performed the above for 3 days
Currently, Followed by furan 2 and kanaplex in QT
Fish is still eating well.
HLLE seems pretty obvious ? Something that I’m missing out? Other alternatives ?
Thank you

I’m not sold on this being just lympho but may also be bacterial
Fish shows HLLE And slight thinness
Is fish eating at all?
Is it breathing normal or labored?

My suggestion is to place fish in sterile quarantine tank and treat with seachem kanaplex and focus on water quality in the display tank

Normal breathing. Not under any stress..
shifted it out into QT 2 weeks ago. But lympo seems to get worse…
Continue dosing metro for HLLE ???
Starting to lose its appetite but still responsive. Probably as you mentioned, bacterial infection is taking place

Too much to continue dosing metro/kanaplex/ furan 2 on daily basis ?

Metro won’t do a thing for HLLE. Focus on good water quality and diet for best results
Kanaplex Will help with other issue

1. If it's lymphocystis it will go away. 2. If it's bacterial - @vetteguy53081 is correct. 3. The treatments that you've piled on may have made the underlying problem worse. IMHO - it's at least lymphocystis, possibly bacterial + something else - if you didn't put the fish through a QT protocol. And BTW - the point about too many medications is not meant as a critique of you - but merely to suggest to others that a somewhat 'shotgun' method can be detrimental.

I agree this fish is pretty thin, that is a worry. I think the white lesions are mixed - Lymphocytis but also some that looks more bacterial. If you are not really, really good with a net, you risk damaging the fish with each dip, I avoid those myself due to that risk.
