Another Red Sea LED connection issue

Got a pair of used Red Sea 50. I factory reset them but it kept saying that my wifi password is incorrect. Any advice?

Already did. I had problem with the 90 in the summer time and emailed them, never heard back but I figured out the problem myself.

now I got two more 50s and won’t able to connect lol

Red Sea got back to me but the response is very slow. Is there a phone number I can call them?
