Another what’s wrong with my clownfish post

Been in tank over a year with no new additions since they were added. Doesn’t appear to have any discoloration….completely lost here.

I hate to say this but fish is thin and moribund. While I see not tell-tale signs of impact injury or aggression, the belly is very pinched in suggesting it may have internal issue or even edema in which it would be feeding off its liver and deteriorating. I cant recommend any medication to offer recovery, and you can increase oxygen with an airstone but best is Hope for the best , but Expect the Worse.
