I have 4 fish in QT (2xLyretail Anthias, Purple Tang, Kole Tang) They have been through 14 days copper at 2.0 with Copper Power and monitored by Hanna. I moved them to a sterile QT, have had 2 doses of GC 6 days apart. They have now been in the sterile QT a week and a half.

About 4 days ago I noticed the Anthias had developed what appears to be a bacterial infection. I have the tangs separated with egg crate and the 2 Anthias were each with a tang. When I first noticed the infection i thought the purple tang may have been bullying the anthias and i moved it to the other side of the divider with the other Anthias and Tang.

The infection has not improved and this morning it appears to look a little worse. I also notice a possible spot in the same area developing on the other anthias. I do have a black molly in the tank I freshwater dipped it on Moday wondering if the infecton may have been caused by flukes and nothing came off. I do notice the anthias yawn when I approach to feed and that makes me wonder if its flukes. Tangs are healthy and no abnormal symptoms.

The fish are due to move to the DT on Sunday and now I am wondering if they need some additional tx. I may move the Anthias to another QT and administer a round of abx. I also want to point out i have been feeding GC soaked food. I stopped after 14days and noticed the Anthias with the infection started having white stringy poop so i started it again.

Please let me know if this is something that should clear up on its own or if i should treat. Is there any other disease i might be missing?

Video doesnt appear as clear as it was on my phone. The infection is on the top and side of head. Looks more like a fungal infection, however, i know those are rare in SW.
