hey Deisel, you have got to do a thread on this badd boy when you get it, the two chambers are only connected by line of tubing so i imagine they don't have set right next to each other, running out of space in my little fish room

you are correct, you don't have to set them together. A second chamber helps a lot to release excess co2

Looks like the GEO CR510 I got as my first CA RX.

What's everyone's take on the current vertex calcium reactors? I've been considering GEO, ATC, and Korallin....but that Vertex is so pretty and would match the RE sump with that white/red lol

I think one guy started with one and quickly replaced it with a geo....

I was going to get the vertex. But decided Geo was cheaper and works just as good

Wow - looks like a different design than the one I bought.

This is the nano version rated up to 125G it's also made specially for the electronic carbon doser. This has no bubble counter.

That is the specs for he CR510. Geo doesn't make a 516.

[emoji23][emoji23].. I know I was waiting for someone to catch that..

Yes it's the CR510 which is the nano. Geo message me saying he didn't have the 5" diameter cylinder so he asked if I wanted the 6" diameter instead for the same price since he was out of the 5". Work out cause I was able to fit a whole 8.8lb bag of media in the 6" chamber.

In 3 months mine has gone down maybe an inch since demand is still light and the tank is only 30G. I noticed George removed the CR510 from the site. There were pics of a custom bottom pump mounted reactor on Geo's Facebook.

Yeah he removed it once he contacted me about not having the 5" Cylinders.. I am sure it will go back up once he gets more in.

So that'd make this a 610 (not a 516).
His standard is DiameterHeight, meaning a 510 is 5" in diameter, 10" tall.

Anyone else running a second chamber? Thinking about setting one up. Does it have any other benefit besides raising ph? Mine is constantly 7.7-7.9 since I started the tank. SPS grow fine. Will i see a difference?
