Any idea what this is and if it’s going to be a problem? A few came in on a coral frag.

It could be a problem or it could be a solution... Potentially an algae eater, but also potentially a coral eater.

What type of frag did it arrive on? Zoas?

It looks like it might be an Elysia sea slug which eat algae but it's hard to ID from the provided pictures.
