I would not by an SC Aquarium aquarium again. I was unhappy with the ordering shipping process (it arrived two weeks after their promise date) and now have an issue with a leak in the overflow box. The seal between the bottom of the overflow box and the tank glass is not sealed correctly. I emailed them about the leak and their reply was nonsensical -- clearly English was not the responder's first language. I'm trying to fix it myself and have another line of silicone along the bottom of the overflow box. I'm waiting for it to dry/cure before I test the fix. See this link (https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/leak-test-reveals-tiny-leak-in-overflow-box.296280/) for someone else with similar issue.
Additionally, their website sucks. I was hesitant to order from them because their website is not professional (What's the deal with "Nav Menu 2"), but the price was right. Clearly that was a mistake.

I had the 120 PNP system. It was as decent tank for what it cost. The stand is cheap MDF and the Stock Pumps only last roughly 6-12 months. The stock pump does run really hot also. Overtime the acrylic panels on the overflow box came apart and had to be fixed with the tank drained- At which point I sold the tank. Others have mentioned the overflow box being off centered or not even on all the sides. Another issue was the eurobrace over the back part of the tanks overflow. This makes it hard to clean and install the plumbing.

IMO there are better quality tanks out there.

I've had 4 of their tanks and I guess was lucky because I've had no issues. Like others have said the MDF stands are just that and probably the quality you'd expect.
