I purchased some pitho crabs a few weeks ago, and they’ve done everything but eat the algae I got them for. One in particular has taken to wearing zoanthids as a hat. It started with my Halle berry zoas
It ditched those, and now is walking around with my Great Owl that had just started forming a new polyp finally, before becoming high fashion.
I also got a frilly arrow crab for some bristleworm control, and it’s done nothing but wave around in a Kenya tree for 10 days until I sold it, then went into my splatter hammer for a bit, before moving to my blueberry stylo. Not a single bristleworm has been consumed by it as far as I’m aware.
