Anyone ever had a condy eat a bta?

Had this bta for quite a few months. Has never been the same since I switched to kessil lights. Noticed a couple days ago he had raised up a bit on the rock hole he had been attached to. Came home today and he was gone. Noticed the condy on the other side closed with the stuff hanging out. Couldn’t tell if it was just releasing waste or if the bta floated over and the
Condy grabbed it. Water looks clear and everything else looks great. Was considering doing a small water change but I’m not 100% sure the bta didn’t cram down somewhere else. If so I sure can’t find it.

The bta is hiding due to the lighting be changed.
