I have a 2016 Apex unit and I lost the lights. I tried the reset on both the brain and the EB832. . . . Nothing. The lights including outlets on the eb832 are all orange as if they are on and the fusion shows on but WAV pumps, etc. . . not running. There is a red asterisk symbol on the EB832 on the fusion page.
I have contacted Neptune 5X and Not one single reply from tech support.

ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS OR HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS?

Have you checked the circuit breaker reset button on the back of the EB832 to see if it tripped?

EDIT: Sorry, I see you already did that.

I’d try disconnecting everything except the Apex and EB832 to see if it will work. If it does, then start plugging items back in one by one.

vetteguy53081 I am sorry that you have not gotten a reply yet from support. What is your Ticket number as they have replied to every ticket by the end of day of July 4th, and want to make sure there was no errors in sending you a email back.

I agree with SuncrestReef and also start with the WAV that is missing.

@vetteguy53081, I have the same problem after a power outage. Did they tell you what was wrong with it? Everything works fine, except no power goes to the outlet, even though the corresponding number led light is on.

They had me send it in. I suggest you start a ticket with them.
You can create ticket on the apex fusion page although it did not work for me.

Thanks for responding so quickly. It's really annoying that an expensive piece of equipment is susceptible to a power outage. It was plugged to a power surge protector too. Everything else is fine. It just won't supply power to the outlet.

Sorry you're having a problem. Try what previous posters suggest, but be prepared to replace the EB832. The symptoms you're experiencing happened to me and I had to replace the EB832 (it too was surge protected).

Not sure if this applies here but--If the plug is on Manual Control after a power outage it will have to be reset.
Drove me crazy till I figured that one out. I do have a real old unit though.

How do you manually reset an eb832?

Not the EB 8 itself the controller will default back to programmed & have to be set again into manual control for any switch in that mode.

Just sent it in. Not sure they even received it yet.
It is frustrating especially based on the cost of the unit. It should be able to handle such occurrences especially with a safety reset.

On the back of EB832, there is a yellow nipple/button. Push it in and if it responds, will reset the outlets.

I saw that yellow button. Unfortunately, it was never tripped, so I can't push it. It's very odd that there is no power to the outlets when everything else is working.
