I went to set up my apex that I got in a trade, well it powered on and some outlets were working (I assume they were already on)

Well I went to connect to the internet via cat 6 cable and it wasn’t picking it up.

So I unplugged the cat 5 and pushed the reset button to try to connect via WiFi.

The apex then turned off and won’t turn back on.

So I checked the outlets , hit the yellow breaker button on the EB832, now you can hear it turn on, the fan is running but nothing else is working

Did I do something to kill this thing before I ever used it?

I don't think so - and I would call Neptune support - which apex version is it?
