Apex not working

so my apex started acting up today. I have tried rebooting, resetting, unplugging but nothing seems to work. Lights are flashing purple, green, yellow and white. I have reset my modem. Please help!!

Sounds like a 2016 if he has a purple LED. I would log a support ticket immediately with Neptune.

thats what i thought but wanted to be sure. like stated i would start a ticket.
