Alright guys im losing my mind here. Just upgraded my Verizon router and I cannot hook my apex up to the new network. After trying everything I did a factory reset on the Apex. I went into my new router settings and shut off the 5G option. I go through the initial setup and it will not connect to setup******. Any ideas?

Just keep in mind when you change the sd card you will lose all of your programming. I had a similar issue where if my power went out and my apex would disconnect sometimes it would take hours for it to reconnect. I was also hardwired in not utilizing WiFi. I changed out Sd card and nothing. Turns out I had a defective FMM module that was causing the issues. With the help of Neptune customer service they sent out a new Fmm and I no longer have that connection issue. Can’t hurt to set up a phone call with Neptune. They are a big help and can pinpoint your problem on their end.
If you do change out the SD card all you need is an 8 gig card. You can also use a 16, but nothing more than that as per Neptune.

Ya I havent changed the card out yet. I have it hardwired with an ethernet cable but it is constantly losing connection on and off. I don’t understand how that could be possible.

How many modules do you have. You may want to unplug all of them and see if it still happens. If not 1 by 1 put them back online and see if that creates the issue. You won’t believe the crap a defective module can do. It was a 3 week nightmare for me until I figured it out. I was constantly losing connection and all of my modules would come up missing when it did reconnect. Found the bad module and now it’s all back to normal. Although I had to rewrite my codes since I changed out the sd card which had a corrupt file on it.

I’m just running 2 eb832’s.

Everything is running fine. The only issue im having is that ny heaters are just randomly shutting off. They are supposed to turn on at 78 and shut off at 79. For some reason they only run until the temp gets to like 78.2-78.3 and then they just shut off. I assume they are shutting off from the apex losing connection. Every so often I go into the app and it says not connected to fusion.
