Beautiful tank. Are you running the tank without a powerhead ?

I pulled out an old Koralia for right now, but plan to upgrade the awful stock pump and get a wave maker of some sort. The algae is already getting a grip due to the lack of flow that the main circulation pump provides. Replacing that is top priority right now.

I picked up a gorgeous rock from a tank breakdown today with zoas, ricordea and a setosa. It totally changed the look of the tank, but I really like it! Switched the overhang to a cave and added a torch I also picked up at the tank breakdown.

Wow I'm definitely feeling the new aquasacape here! Looks great! And your ricordia garden is already drool worthy.

Great scape! Love your choice in corals. How is the light working for you? I am about to setup one of these and trying to pick the light.

Honestly, if I was to do it again, I'd buy a Kessil. I much prefer the spectrum of it and I'm having a hard time finding a good combo that really brings out the colors. I might move this light over to my 40 eventually and get a Kessil for this tank.

The evaporation is crazy on this tank which means I catch it blowing bubbles every other day. I've been meaning to get a glass top cut for it to cut down on the evap.

New full tank shots. I added a Jebao pump a week ago and thats been a huge help in circulation and reducing the algae growth. I'm starting to dose Brightwell products for alkalinity, calcium and magnesium. Hopefully I have the same results in growth that my LFS has with using just these three products! Everything is super happy after a water change yesterday, so snapped a few full tank shots. And a shot of my 10gallon.

How much consumption of Ca, Alk and Mg are you seeing with the current stocking that you have?

I haven't done much testing in this tank (or any tank I've ever owned, I won't chase numbers). I need to order some new test kits since mine are so old and aren't giving accurate readings anymore. For right now, I'm just dosing as recommended on the bottles.
