AquaC Remora Pump Question?

Is there a pump that would be to big for the regular AquaC Remora not the Pro. I have a GenX 2400 with the needlewheel just sitting in the closet. I think it is rated for like 600-650GPH. You think that would be to much?

The guys from AquaC told me 400GPH was max for that unit.
