Sorry, I can't help. Been trying to source Reborn without success. Thought I had enough coral stored (about 10lbs) but not nearly enough to fill this thing.
There is product called A.R.M and also seachem Reef reactor which is media

Rinse media in a strainer Prior to packing unit, assure positive flow from pump and agitate before running reactor pump to assure all bubbles are removed. How are you running/connecting PH probe? I try to keep unit ph at 6.6
Roger that. As to a PH probe, I was not planning on running one with this unit as I understand it is not necessary. The controller brain manages gas levels via the float switch. My APEX probe drives me nuts requiring calibration all the time. I am a CaRx noob, but I don't even see a port for one. The videos made all this look pretty simple. In person, it is a little more daunting I have to admit. I also ordered the automatic switch for backup CO2 bottle. Probably add that on later as I only have one CO2 bottle right now.

Yeah, my LFS has some ARM coarse that I will mix in to fill this thing. Mg is on its way.

You will not find reborn l had to use Arm also fill it just below the sticker on front also. You will need to purge it to get all air out and co2 psi 8-10.

PSI of 8-10; check. Thank you.

I just grabbed the last jug of ARM Coarse from my LFS. Hopefully when added to my home chopped stuff it should be enough to get me running.

Struggling to make some space for this monster in the right proximity to the sump, mounting board, blah blah.

Just got my unit. but missing co2 regulator that i ordered. this is my first CArx, can i use any cheap regulator on this or does it need to be a special one? Can someone who has an ACR link me to a co2 regulator that would suffice? I have a feeling it's going to take a while to get one from Bill.

Carbon doser or there are a few decent ones on Ebay and Amazon

Based in the picture I just saw of the regulator setup on the ACR from ScottB, any inexpensive off the shelf regulator should do. It seems the controller takes care of CO2 infusion as there wasn’t even a solenoid or metering valve that I could see on the regulator that Bill uses to run the ACR. Based on that, I don’t believe an expensive CarbonDoser is at all necessary.

If you’d like, shoot me a PM and I’ll be able to point you in the right direction via some eBay links or through Amazon.

Just got mine set up for a leak test. It’s super quiet when recirculating co2 is turned off (used a valve) but with recirculation on its extremely loud. The sound of the co2 bubbles getting chopped up is loud.

I've read about the noise several times, but most said that the noise subsided over time. That or they went deaf perhaps.

I ordered mine last week and after reading through the thread, it looks like I should call tomorrow to remind him that I’d like to have it shipped now rather than later :) I’m excited to get it!

I received mine 13 days after ordering. Everything was included and packed well, although the box was beat up.

Leak test failed at the Sicce input connection with a small hairline crack in the ABS volute. Called Bill. He speculates that it got stressed in transit, as he tests them at 50 psi before shipping. He is sending out another volute.

In my experience he has been extremely responsive and happy to talk on the phone even with a CaRx noob like me.

Yeah, I've seen that issue a couple times causing some delays. Bill could use some admin help I think.
Did you do OK on a leak test?

Well I am at day 9 now and pretty much dialed in. I am pleased with how simple the thing is to set up and operate. (That said, I did stare at the thing for a few days to familiarize myself a bit. Kinda how I ride.) Aside from cracking and replacing the input volute on the sicce pump the setup has been hassle free.

My effluent DKH is very high (+70) and my pH range is now 7.85 to 8.15 so down about .15 which is fine. I am running a recirculating CO2 scrubber into my skimmer to keep those figures, so I am pretty much back to where I was before the scrubber was installed. Maybe slightly better.

Had some pretty good input from folks in the FB group. I have a spare Sicce 2.0 and thinking about getting a spare control valve module to stay on the safe side. And like all of us, just hoping TLF can get their supply chain resorted for more Reborn shipments.

Last thing (several of you may have seen this in other threads but incase it helps someone else that is a CaRx noob like me, here are some numbers I was tracking when dialing in. Comments/questions welcome.

I told him I had a 100 gallon tank with a 60 gallon frag tank. He recommended the 6 “.

I ordered on May 10 and I kind of been ghosted, I tried to call a few times, sent email, and fb messages weekly to find out when it’s shipping but I haven’t got a response.
