Aquarium log

I'm thinking of keeping a log of what I do for the aquarium each day, specific test results on each test day, # of polyps, and new purchases.
Anyone else keep an aquarium log/diary? If so what information do you usually record in it?

I record H2O changes, when I change my carbon, test results and new fish/coral additions.
