Hello everyone I read a lot of stuff on reef2reef but do not post very much. I placed an order from @AquaSD on December 29th and to receive today January 11th. I have received corals online before from various vendors and always received a tracking number when the corals are shipped out. Thus far I have received no contact from aquasd about where the corals are. I have been calling them multiple times today, tried emailing them(gmail won't send the email because its invalid.) Im not one to make a big fuss about things and would understand a delay due to the fires in California , but Im very frustrated because I stayed home all morning and early afternoon waiting for these corals to show up so that they can't be promptly inspected dipped , and transferred to my quarantine system. If there is a delay vendor contact would have been much appreciated, but what is also frustrating is that I cannot even get into contact with them to check status. Did they ship? Delayed? I have no idea. This also wasn't a cheap order for me. If anyone has ideas of what I should do that would be appreciated.
