Aquatic Life Reef Edge

I recently picked up one of these for my 90 gallon. The light doesn't seem very bright. I've seen lower watt lights look much brighter. I'm just wondering if its simply because the spectrum is very blue or if its just a crap light. Anyone have any experience with this fixture? Par data?
