WE GOT THE REEF!

Extreme Arctic Temperatures have wreaked havoc on our shipping schedule. While we strive to provide the highest customer service and quick and timely delivery, we also take the care, of the lives of the creatures in our care, very seriously. We are not able to safely ship products when low temperatures drop below 25 degrees at any stopping points along the shipping route. This has led to a two week delay in shipping. Current forecast in Omaha place the lows above 25 this coming Monday and Tuesday Feb 2nd and 3rd. As long as this forecast doesn’t change, we plan to ship as many packages as possible these two days as long as their route and destination also has lows above 25. We will prioritize orders in the order we received them. While we will make every effort to ship all orders received by Sunday noon, we cannot guarantee them. For this reason,
