Are algae growing on live rock pests?

Hi all!

I’m quite new to the reef tank world. So far I’ve kept a clownfish, favia coral and strombus snail on a 45 liter tank. All is well so far and water parameters are good. I’m now introducing a trochus snail, a skunk shrimp and a hammer coral. Different random algae has been growing on my live rock since the start, I guess this is normal but just want to make sure these are not pests. Any help identifying them is appreciated! Pictures in white lights will help, hard to tell in these pics, but looks like a couple type of algae and a few aptaisia's. Start with more snails, as algae grows more algae grazers should be added. The tank needs more flow, it looks like no water movement. What type of filtration are you running? How much do you feed?

Thank you for the help! I’ve attached more images and videos with white light. I feed small pellets and shrimp brine, for now quite little twice a day,just as much as the clown fish will eat. The aquarium has a built in skimmer, I also use synthetic filter wool. I’ve been putting the flow pump at medium power, I’ve turned it up to maximum (not much difference), attached a video for reference.

I’ve redirected the pump slightly towards the live rock. Flow seems better now

If you haven't already, please look through this... you can skip over the beginning if you wish although there's good information on setting up a tank/equipment there that might come in handy down the road.

Ya that looks like hair algae to me. Increasing the flow will help. Get 3 or 4 large turbo snails. They look like big tufts so scrub them with a tooth brush on your next water change and the snails should finish it off.

Good on watching the feeding. 2 or 3 times per day, just a few pieces each time.

Your tank is new is algae is expected in the first 6 months or so it’s normal. I think your on the right track doing the right things and asking the right questions

And a handful of nassarius snails for your sand, it’s looking a little green.
