Put some big drivers on either side of the tank. Then tap into a noise canceling earbud, remove the speaker, and run the audio output to an amp. Tape the ear bud to the front of the tank and there you go

It's one of my favorite movies, but it's not everyone's humor. If you like Christopher Guest movies, then this is one of his best. Others included Waiting For Guffman, A Mighty Wind, and Best In Show to name a few.
