Put some big drivers on either side of the tank. Then tap into a noise canceling earbud, remove the speaker, and run the audio output to an amp. Tape the ear bud to the front of the tank and there you go :)

It's one of my favorite movies, but it's not everyone's humor. If you like Christopher Guest movies, then this is one of his best. Others included Waiting For Guffman, A Mighty Wind, and Best In Show to name a few.
