Are these bugs?

Anyone know what these tiny bug/shrimp looking things are?
They are all over this rock and under the coral.
Are they good for the tank or are they about to kill everything in sight?

I can't see what you're trying to picture. Do you have a different picture? Just based on what you're describing, maybe pods? That would be a good find.

I can’t seem to get the video to work and I can’t get a good photo because they are so tiny but I’ve circled two of them in this picture hopefully that helps?

The circle does help, but it's still hard to tell. My vote is on a pod. :)

Have you ever used pods in your tank? If not, they can also come in on liverock, frags, etc, as hitchhikers. If it is a pod, they're good for your reef and nothing to worry about.
