Aussie Gold Torch Flow

What type of flow do you guys keep this in? Mine has tentacles that don't reach for the sky, so not sure if it is lacking flow. I happen to have more directional flow in my frag tank so I'm trying to avoid further tissue recession by keeping it in low flow, but not sure if that is why the tentacles kind of droop vs go upwards. Thanks!

I aimed my wavemaker at the surface of the water and it hits my wall and travels down and lifts my torches from bottom up.
