One place to start would maybe be Phyllodesmium, that genus contains a bunch oft soft coral eating ones, like P. briareum that eats GSP, P. rudmani and P. crypticum that eat Xenia, P. magnum that eats Sinularia.
Not the most colorful ones, but cool shapes nonetheless. If you want color you could go with zoa eating ones and get a breeding program of some super fast growing zoa going
The super colorful ones whose pictures were posted in this thread afaik are sadly all eating sponges hydroids or tunicates, so that would be less "easy"
Either way, a bunch of these are from Australia, maybe look in stores for hitchhiker or ask stores to call you when they find one they'd otherwise kill
