Thats not bad advice. I dump some of the contents back into the tank every once in a while the coral loves it.

Spelling is very important with reefing. I had a fellow locally about two years ago that read if you place some Cheetos in the sump, it will bring down nitrates.
Well he did just that and you can imagine what happened in hours.

I see this as a win win if you have some Cheetos left over after the nitrates are handled.

They really are i wouldn't recommend the hot ones. The fish can't handle the spice.

Kosher for Red Sea yes. I think you might be able to use regular table salt for TM and road salt for AF but not sure. Check with the manufacturer.
