I have a fairly small saltwater tank and it’s been going well for a few years but in the last 6-10 months, I’ve been experiencing tons of ball anemones popping up all over the place. I know they’re not bad but if they start spreading all over then I don’t think its a great situation. One picture is my tank and one is a picture of exactly what i have in many spots.
What should I do if I want to control/contain them?

Feed less...you could also try injecting them with aptasia x or similair product.

Could also leave them if that rock is inhabited by softies or lps with a 1” or more long stinging tentacles. Softies will outgrow them speed wise and their small strike zone will leave them doomed to even a pavona at night. Only ever seen them cause issues when peaceful corals start to get right up on them.

Change your water more often for a bit. They'll go away.
