My wife sleep trained both of ours, 10/10 would recommend.
It takes a bit. Our first did better being laid down than our current. She 2 months and might go the first 4 hours of the night without being held. We also really like swaddle sacks. There's one that's Marino wool and $200 but worth it.i forget the name of it now though.
Pretty much, but this helps focus on the schedule and routine mechanics of sleep. I am not going to claim to be an expert there though my wife is 100% responsible. She was the sleep na zi, but the kids both sleep great and have since about 3-4 months old.
Oh yeah, those are the best! Sleep sacs are awesome when they get a little bigger too. Makes it so they dont try and climb out of the crib and they cant get tangled up like a blanket.
