Is pit boss any good?

I like Pit Boss and Louisiana Grills simply because they offer the ability to grill directly over the fire pot.

You will love it...get the two part diffuser plate. Easy clean up and grilling over 400 degrees.
I doubt I will use it for grilling. I have a propane Weber for that. I can always get more accessories later if I want.

Getting the YS640 with the cover and in door thermometer.

I'm not so patiently waiting for my Yoder.... ;Nailbiting;Nailbiting;Nailbiting
Should have it by Christmas.
They are made about 40 miles from my house. I would have been more than willing to pick it up and break it in for you. :D

We imported an Oklahoma Joe about 20yrs ago, it's used every week, Winter or Summer ! and it's getting ready for the Christmas turkey which is usually 22-24lbs plus stuffing so will be a long and slow burn......

We had our 40yr old Plum tree come down in the storm this January so at least we have plenty of fruit wood seasoning for the future, until then Cherry and Oak will have to doo_O
