Yes! Hoping to upgrade tank size around Christmas time, but learning for now

any tips to deal with algae?
Rodi system. Good skimmer. Good lighting. Tank placement in room. (Windows) the list goes on!!!

My experience, largely from doing things wrong the first time, is leave the lights off in a new tank for several weeks. Also, make sure that you've try to build up a healthy pod population. The last thing that has worked for me with mixed results (just because I haven't mastered it yet) is use macro algae in a refugium - intentionally grow algae in a place where it isn't seen and can be removed rather than up in the display.
