best set-up for good flow

Hi everyone just became member and have a question already. Im looking for ideas on how to get good flow in my 50 breeder using the least amount of powerheads. I also have a 20 gallon refugium. Wondering how good the koralia powerheads are and if i did choose them what size to use. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
