Biotek Marine PVC - Is it legit?

You asked 2 questions - 1) has anyone used it (not me) - 2) is it legit - I would call the company. Is there a specific reason you're wanting this specific PVC?

I'm not using it for caves, I'm using it to plumb my tank. They have a lot of options for colors and etc.
I do not think there is any advantage to 'colored' PVC - as compared to clear plastic silicone tubing. If price is your issue - I would buy tubing. If you want to just PVC 'just because' - or if you are wanting an open sump look like some have - go ahead and buy it - whats the worst thing that could happen? Not sure what your question is? Toxins? Quality?

My question is would you trust the PVC from them since it is significantly cheaper than those at other online retailers like BRS or SWA.

Price is not my issue, but why would I buy at BRS when it's significantly cheaper at Aquarium Speciality?

Quality is another aspect, is why is it significantly cheaper? Is it lesser quality PVC?

I would buy it - My last post was not clear - what is the worst thing that could happen? I would guess that colored PVC is not in high demand - and that 'aquarium specialty' can order in larger quantities. The other companies probably just charge more.

We wouldn't be selling it if it wasn't safe for aquarium use. We buy it in bulk and therefore we are able to offer very competitive prices. We literally sell it pretty much every day of the week and we use it all throughout our fish system, showroom and coral farm - for over 6 years. Shop better prices with confidence :). The big companies are not always the best.

Also shipping is free on BioTek Marine PVC orders over $99.00 and we offer 5 TIMES REWARDS if you setup an account and order through your account.
