Hi from Southampton England just set up my marine tank been water tested from shop got two common clowns and want to add a couple of cleaner shrimps is that ok or should I wait a while longer also a couple of snails my tank is 30gallon and I have skimmer and sump operated

Hey and welcome! How long has the tank been set up? If the shop tested the water what did they say?

Welcome to Reef2Reef! It's up to you if you want to add snails now or not. Personally, I would wait until you start seeing algae appear.

Everything checked out fine salinity perfect all reading fine I've started tank setup about tree months ago and got my water through shop I said all is ok so I just want to add a couple of invertebrates it is a 30gallon tank got a couple of common clowns and I plan to put some live rock in there also I got a os system to make my own water

Turbo snails are great for everything and eat gha. Red or blue leg hermit crabs for clean up and than I personally like peppermint shrimp for aptasia and maybe a fire shrimp because they look cool :)

Hi Blair . Welcome to Reef 2 Reef . Do you have any live rock in the tank now ? Has this tank been cycled ?
