Blenny ID help

Hi everyone,

I hand caught these two blennys in Jupiter, Florida. I thought they were lawnmower blennys but my LFS is saying they are not. Any ideas?

There are lots of small brown blenny species in Florida. I'm by no means an expert at ID-ing them, but these look like Molly Millers, Scartella cristata. Lawnmower blennies come from the Pacific, and are usually Salarias fasciatus, but I think other species are sold under that name as well.

Hi everyone,

100 percent not a lawnmower. Lawnmowers have these "trident" eyebrows and spikes on their fin. This is mine. Yours looks to be a seaweed blenny.
