Blue light in the evening cause algae?

I'd like to enjoy more colors in the evening. I have a ReefBreeder Photon+ on a schedule that turns it off completely at 7pm. Is it ok to keep the Royal Blue channel on until say 10pm without causing harm? Or should I just shift the whole schedule out a few hours? How should I go about enjoying some pop in the evening?
