I have my light intensity set at 50% for both blue and white for my Red Sea LED90.

I like how the blue only lights make the coral glow but it’s hard on the eyes for all day use.

Would I cause harm if I were to increase the blue light to 100% and decrease white to 10% for the last hour before my moonlight cycle? My thoughts were to be able to see the tank glowing at the end of the night before I head to bed. Is this too much of a wild swing?

wouldn’t say it’s all that bad, i do that at night so i’ve got an hour to watch with all blue and feed AB+ and watch it glow lol

My lighting is two actinc blue XHOs, one actinic T5 and one 50/50 T5. My lights are on for 16hrs a day. The T5s are only on for 5 of those hours from 3pm to 8pm, the rest is just the XHOs at this schedule. Doesn't show well in the graph, but some of the ramps are 30 minutes.
