Hey all
Im looking into setting up a tank that will house only the ray,my thoughts are the following for the tank size:
For the first year or so it would be a 48 x 24 x 12 tank and after it outgrows this I would move it into a 48x48x10.
I know thew blue spot doesnt really swim openly so Im not too concerned with the tank height, but Im looking for other input.
Thanks

It's a hard one to get eating... Make sure it's eating well at the store before bringing him home I had a little one in 300gal he was 3 inches long awesome looking little guy.... He would very rarely eat a silverside or anything but chilled in the sand perched all day waiting for a fish to swim under him lol..... My fish were all bigger than him needless to say he only lasted a couple months...:( good luck....
