Well,
I had a (male) Bluethroat in my reef and he never paid any attention to my (Royal) Tuxedo Urchin.

Guess you'd have to try it out. Each specimen can be different.

A blue throat trigger should ignore the urchin.

i have 2 tuxedo urchins and a blue throat in a 120g. no issues at all.

Unlike most triggers, the bluethroat (and its cousins sargassum and crosshatch) is a planktivore. It should be ok. Keep in mind triggers can be a little unpredictable.

Thanks , for the replies. Definitely encouraging which I was hoping for
