Looking for a new homestead. Never been there. So what's the scoop? Nice place? People? Things of interest (for the non-golfer)? Pros and cons please. First hand knowledge preferred. And finally, what's the state of the hobby there? Thanks.

I grew up in Key West and commonly went to Boca! I absolutely love it there! Awesome people (Lots are older People) Fishing is great and I was not into the hobby when I lived there but my friend was and if you are into wild caught fish, you can get some Gems out there! There is a requirement though. GET A BOAT if you are going to live there, nothing big just something that will work because it makes life Amazing, you can go to little island and camp for the day. Islands are no bigger than a Hockey Rink!
