Bounce? Or growth

This is a night shot of my blue rimmed rhodactis. What are those bubble like growths? Is this a bounce?

Hard to tell from the pic but it may of been misidentified as a rhodactis, if you could post a day shot that would help.

Taken at night. Here are some day shots. Lights not on full yet. If I need too I'll try to get better pics later. Used a filter for the blue. There are 3 total. And they are huge compared to the green rhodactis
