Im stubborn and keep buying them because there is no reason they shouldn’t do good lol
I hear you, all my acros are doing well and for some reason my monti is bleaching. No clue as to why.

I technically only have to work 1.5days next week. A couple hours on Monday got me a full Saturday off…..

Woohoo

My last day of work was today. I'm officially retired :(
Congratulations! Why the sad face? :thinking-face: I've been retired for 6.5 years and never regretted it for a second :upside-down-face:

And I won't either. I can't fathom, presently, just how awesome it's going to be. But I've got a good idea. Not sure if I'm gonna place my licensure in retirement mode or maybe work a few half days a month. Probably retirement mode first, then think about it again in 30 years..........

I have been to the largest rock climbing gym in America out in Denver, Colorado

I love working but hubby wants me home

My k/d on the game player unknowns battlegrounds was 11.0.
My k/d on cod is .82.....i stink :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: but still enjoy playing. Especially now that they brought back prop hunt

I have beaten the game Viva Piñata 5 times. It's 100% the greatest game ever and no one can change my mind.

Oh, reef stuff, right? My GSP is doing amazing! I probably won't be bragging about that this time next year when my tank looks like a solid layer of GSP.

That's awesome. I rolled an average of 142 at best, using my Dad's ball. It didn't fit. My buddy had a ball with finger holes splayed WAY apart. My first game with that ball was 227. Second 180 some. Third 210 or so.

My claim to fame was with those stand up video games back in the 70s and early 80s. I got 3,145,690 after 4.5 hours at PacMan. Donkey Kong high score was about 825,000. Trust me, that's a lot.

Also, it was my pleasure to share lead trumpet in the best high school jazz band in the Washington State in 1981/82. If we needed power, we went with Rich. If we needed style, we went with me. Both of us could hit double G's, but Rich could really hit them LOUD! We actually had ourselves recorded in a studio. I still have that cassette!!!!
When I read how you played with your dad’s balls I was thinking my score has never been any good. I get distracted by the shoes.

Trumpet, that’s amazing! I couldn’t hit the high notes reliably but I could talk with the instrument and keep up with the rhythm.

But I didn’t come here to comment on stuff that happens at bowling alleys, I wanted to brag about my driving skills:

Yeah, I was gifted with genetics. My Dad was a great trumpet player all his life and taught me since the summer before 4rd grade. Mom played the violin and piano. LOL, when I hit 4th grade I tried out for the elementary school band and made the 6th grade band. I didn't have a lick of common sense so I challenged first chair from the dregs of where I sat. Beat him. .......And then he found me during recess and beat me!!!! Pretty soundly. What I was truly worried about was my horn. Knew my body would heal, but thought he'd mess with my instrument. He didn't. It was my Dad's when he was a boy. Something like a 1943 King (small bore). I still have it. Also have my old HS horn, a 1975 LA Benge (large bore). As Dad has passed, I've now got his 1958 Burbank Benge (large bore). THAT is a great jazz horn. The LA has a better sound in the upper range, but that Burbank has a better sound overall. I've just started playing again, but my range is a middle C now and my tone is pathetic. Haven't played in 35 years. But it'll get better. When I retire, I'd like to get back in a jazz band. We'll see!

Back in the high school days of black ops 2/mw3 I had a 2.0ish kd. Considered going pro during bo2 but never committed to anything with it haha

I don’t practice but I did start collecting old silver and brass when I saw the old Benge horns on eBay. I think that was the beginning of my mind loss experiment and if I remember to start practicing maybe my reef tank would also get more attention?

My alkalinity was ok last time I checked, and I think I secretly wanted to brag about it to impress people.

Do you play black ops 6? Looking for squadmates for zombies!

No, not anymore! I fell out of liking cod due to sbmm and just not being able to keep up with kids who put 8+ hours a day on it. I had mw2022 and mw3 (2023), but I wasn't the hugest fan of them. I tried out bo6 for a couple of days but never went back to it (I had a trial on Xbox game pass to try it)

I like that. It really makes you feel confident. "You eventually selected all of the correct answers."

I felt good about myself when I was finished, not like a failure based upon my old-school test scores.
