Thank you. I'm mostly just worried about my wife right now, she is the one that sent him to that call. She understands it was her job and understands she did nothing wrong, but her heart is still pretty torn about it. Yesterday they did the final roll call and that is still the saddest thing ever to hear.
My wife would probably tell you I'm the most unromantic man out there and she's probably right. Lucky for me, I think she knows i care but I don't do letter or notes, she's only gotten flowers once or twice, I do things for her but maybe not in the conventional way. We both have high demand careers, so I do it the form of making sure dinner is cooked when she has to work 16 hour shifts.
I will thanks for the advice, they are offering counseling to the officers and dispatchers and I am pushing hard for her to do it. I have to push in the right way, like me if you try to force it she will buck it just because.
I was fine for about 10 days. Then I couldn't remember how to get home. I had no idea what was wrong with me or that it was related to my incident. There are still things I won't talk about at all.
