gel coating will be pretty vital. hygrothermal effects are pretty nasty in fiber reinforced composites. make sure the seams are flawless (guessing you used plain weave: 0/90 orientation), that will be where moisture effects are most easily introduced - the ends of the fibers themselves.
I bought 2 400watt halide lights for the system when it gets done. I am a poor boy with big dreams this could take longer that expected. I did get a price on my glass and it wasnt as bad as I had thought. So hope to show more progress soon.
no I hate looking at the future makings of a nice tank and not being able to work on it. I found a better job though with much better pay. So progress will be made soon.
