Yup a little more info is needed before we start makin guesses!

So if you could grab us some pictures of the coral that would be great.

Also:

The type of salt you use

Nutrient levels NO3/PO4

Anything besides RO that you toss into your tank?

The iodine was a good call but im afraid if it is BJD that doesnt do much...

If its polyp bailing... then we gotta start looking at the tank as a whole
I use reef crystals and I don’t have a phosphate tester but I’ll check nitrates in a little bit

Do you have anyway to verify the results? Either another kit, and unopened set of reagents, a friend, or LFS?

Also as asked above some photos will help along with the remainder of the results for testing.
I have the Red Sea kit and api but my api doesn’t test for coral stuff

Do you have anyway to get a PO4 result? Friend, LFS, or able to purchase one?

I can take to lfs tmrw

Sounds good.

Getting those values will help to troubleshoot.

When you post your nitrates please post some white light photos as well so we can see the situation.

You're on the right track now, but in hind sight these parameters should have been tested all along :(. Once you start gettin corals its much more important to test weekly or even more...

I personally test nurtients every other day and let my trident test the big three. Then do a manual check with hannah every sunday.

That way you can keep track of your water before it becomes lethal to our sesslie friends :(

Also reef crystals might be cheaper upfront but i find the headaches with the inconsistent parameters not worth the savings... great for fish only systems tho LOL
