I woke up this morning and saw him hiding sideways in rocks. It lodges itself but then swims erratically. I need help. Everything else in the tank seems fine and he was eating yesterday but isn’t today.

To be honest, your videos and picture aren't clear enough for me to make out much. I couldn't tell if the fish was breathing rapidly or not. The skin coloration may be a stress reaction.

Ok so it is a
45 gallon
48 inch
I’ve had the foxface for 3+ months doing well
Woke up this morning and was sixk
It’s a reef tank with just a pair of clowns that keep to themselves
I can’t get a better photo but it just has some very small brown specks and keeps sticking itself between rocks. Is there anything i should do? Thanks for the reply it means a lot!

Sorry, I just don’t have any clues to go on here, the symptom of laying on the bottom is just a general sign of a sick fish.
The spots on the fish could be stress spots or a bacterial infection, but to appear overnight is odd.
